2018 was such a boring time for makeup
I’m so tired of seeing the same things over and over. all the palettes released were the same color scheme, lipsticks were the same boring ass neutral/nude/mauve shades (on a side note, when will the intense matte lip look die??), don’t even get me started on face products. I’m still waiting for concealer carved brows and baking to die. also stop with all the FULL COVERAGE and ~PIGMENTED~ stuff it’s so unnecessary. brands are just releasing copycat products and they need a complete company overhaul. the current influencers are a mess and need to be wiped out they’re all uncreative, unskilled, and disingenuous, not to mention trash ass people.
tea. i’m done sticking around for gurus or trends i dont like and im just unfollowing and moving on rather than waiting for them to do something interesting for once. there are plenty of extremely creative and talented creators and smaller brands online & im redirecting my attention 2 them!
